Today, famed 1911 pistol maker Ed Brown Products announced the availability of the KC9 1911 pistol. This is a slimmed down 1911 with at 4.0″ bbl (instead of the normal Commander Length of 4.25″), Bull barrel and thinned down slide. It does also have the famous Ed Brown Bobtail on the frame. Nagel’s does anticipate stocking this pistol when it is available with a Lightweight Aluminum or Polymer frame.
