Without a lot of fanfare, soldiersystems.net is reporting that USSOCOM has moved away from the tried & true 308Win to the 6.5Creedmoor. For the rest of us, this means more 308 size rifles will be available in 6.5 in the near future. Ammunition prices will fall with the introduction of Government Purchase overruns too.
