The customer said it would not work reliably. When we test fired it, we agreed.

As part of Nagel’s Warranty Service, we shipped the pistol back to Magnum Research.

The cost to repair it was $116.00 as you can see from the itemized bill from Magnum Research.

The cost to Nagel’s customer was $45.00 for the shipping.
