Giveaway Rules

Automatic Entry: Each purchased ticket will automatically generate one (1) entry into the giveaway. Automatic entry does not increase or alter your chances of winning beyond the standard odds.

Eligibility: Participants must be of legal age to possess a firearm in their state of residence and must be legally allowed to own or receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The selected winner is required to successfully pass a standard NICS background check before taking possession of the firearm. If the winner does not meet these legal requirements or fails the background check, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Transferability Policy: If the firearm cannot be legally transferred to the selected winner for any reason—including, but not limited to, failing the required background check, restrictions in the winner’s state or locality, or any other legal limitation—a new drawing will be conducted to select an alternate winner. This process will repeat until a qualified, legally eligible winner is successfully confirmed.

Random Drawing; Prizes; Notifying Prize Winners: The potential Winner will be notified by email or phone and must claim their prize within thirty days of the date notice is given. Failure to claim the prize within the applicable period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Promoter is not responsible for digital communications that are undeliverable as a result of any filtering of any kind, insufficient space in a Participant’s account, or any other failure beyond its reasonable control.

Entry Cap Policy: The giveaway will automatically close once the predetermined number of entries has been met. No additional entries will be accepted after the cap is reached, regardless of purchase attempts or submission time. At that point, the drawing process will begin as outlined in the official rules.

Mail Method: You may, alternatively, enter a Sweepstakes for the prize in a given Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to 6201 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216 along with the following, handwritten in blue ink, on a 3 inch by 5 inch card:

Your Name, Your Address, Your Email Address, Your Telephone Number, GIVEAWAY NAME

Where GIVEAWAY NAME is the exact name of the Giveaway as it appeared on the Website. Sponsor must receive the entry prior to the close of the Giveaway. Failure to strictly comply with these entry requirements will render an attempt at entry void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage due mail in entries.

Promoter will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries or entries that are intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity in any way. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway; multiple entries by any one individual are void. Entries generated by macro, script, multiple entries by an individual using more than one email or other address, or other automated means are void. Entries generated by robotic, macro, script, or other automated means are void. Any entrant using fraudulent means to participate in the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and may be guilty of violating applicable criminal laws. Any voided entry may disqualify, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an individual form participation in an sweepstakes.
