The Sig Sauer M400 TREAD 5.56mm Rifle is a premium entry-level rifle, accompanied by a full-line of TREAD branded accessories that gives the consumer the freedom to grow. This base model is loaded with features which would be considered costly upgrades on comparable models. Right out of the box, the TREAD features a factory-installed, aluminum, free-floating M-LOK handguard for improved accuracy, and can be easily removed with two hex screws to change out to the TREAD accessory option.

The Sig Sauer M400 TREAD is an optics ready, aluminum frame rifle. Other features include a single-stage polished/hard-coat trigger, ambidextrous controls, a Magpul™ SL-K 6 position telescoping stock, and a mid-length gas system. The Sig M400 Tread and Riflescope package includes a factory mounted 3.5-10X42mm Sierra3 BDX riflescope with 8 on board Smart BDCS. The Tread features a free floating M-LOK handguard, mid-length gas system, ambidextrous controls, Sig enhanced trigger, 6-position SL-K stock and a black polymer grip. The Sierra3 BDX is mounted with Alpha rings.
